I want to tell you what Marcia and I think of this bathroom floor installation. It’s great! More often than not, we have found that people in the trades tend to tell us what they think we want to hear, they often don’t follow up on their time commitments, they’re callous and indifferent and sometimes butchers, and charge exorbitant prices for this grand service. What a breath of fresh air you were! You did exactly as you committed to do, including being on time both days, your floor plan execution was superb, the quality of your work seems to be flawless, and you even went to the trouble of inquiring about a few points about which you had doubts, just to be sure you wouldn’t foul things up. I’m saying all of this in some detail deliberately so that you really know how much you are appreciated.

Again, said in a different way, there are a great many people who need to learn from you, how to really make a customer satisfied. You can be sure that whenever we bump into a situation requiring tile work, your name will come up. The least we can do is to pay you promptly for a really fine job.
